VW Needle Sweep Indicator Celebration

VW offering a fine combination of self checking and modern aesthetics. Typically associated with sports cars, where gauges are swept to check for proper function of the motors and to make sure limits are calibrated properly, as for the Jetta VW gauges sweep it could be self visual check (different drivers utilize the limits of the cluster different from others) and for a modern look. Please share if you would consider adding this feature or do you wish your car already came with it? Does your tool can communicate with the instrument cluster?
