VW Jetta Passat Tiguan Radio Not Working No Power

If you have a Volkswagen Jetta, Passat or Tiguan with a radio that does not power up, this video may help you restore power to your Premium 7 stereo system. In this video I am working on a 2008 VW Passat VR6 with a Premium 7 radio, the battery was changed and the radio stopped powering up. I checked the fuses on the driver’s side inner panel and engine bay fuses before removing the radio. Once all those fuses checked out, I proceeded to remove the radio knowing that the VW Premium 7 radio itself has a 10 amp mini blade fuse in the back of it. Surely, the radio had a blown 10 amp fuse which did not allow it to power up.
