VW Steering Wheel Height Adjustment

How to adjust the steering wheel position on 2008 VW Tiguan. When I feel the steering wheel is too close to my knees not giving me enough space or I feel like the steering wheel is so high up, this is how I would adjust the steering wheel. Some cars have electronic adjustment, please always consult your owners manual to confirm the procedure. Please share whether your VW Tiguan has a manual adjustment or electronic, thanks.
