Fix VW Jetta instrument cluster displaying a red triangle central warning light; please check the coolant level, displayed on the MMI. The coolant I used is a purple/pink G13 coolant. It is also important to use distilled water and create a 50/50 coolant to water mix. Cross-reference all work with your owner’s manual; please feel free to leave questions in the comments area.
Check for this commonly dislodged pipe if you are getting water inside your VW Tiguan. This is a common reason why water will be on the driver’s side carpet or the driver’s seat in a Tiguan. Water stains may also be visible on the driver’s side headliner. There is the main clip in my VW Tiguan, part number 5N0-880-385-A; I have seen people break that clip if they have a replacement. The two smaller clips are part number 3C0-867-333. If you still have water issues in the driver’s side footwell, the next step would be to remove the cowl and wipers to get closer to the drain tube location. This is a more complicated procedure.
