My experience with a Porsche Carrera 996 and water in the passenger footwell. This is where the leak was coming from in my situation. Please check and service your sun roof drain tubes. If the sun roof drain tubes are not leaking, check if your cabin filter is leaking. Also check if you have any condensation from the evaporator core. This video will demonstrate how I reset service indicator on a Porsche 911 Carrera 997. I used software through a laptop to connect to the cars OBD system which allowed me to to send a reset activation to the proper module. To my understanding there is no other way to reset the service indicator, please share if there is, thanks.
How I reset service due now indicator on a 2008 Porsche Cayenne. This reset will work on Porsche Cayenne’s 955 2003 to 2010. The reset is performed using a laptop, I know no way of doing it otherwise. Please share if you found a different procedure that worked for this car that did not need a computer, thanks.
