In this video you can see what looks to be an insurance scam accident, caught on my dashcam. The driver stops the car and puts it in reverse, hitting the car behind him! Then gets out of the car, leaving it in reverse, with his car pushed against the other car! I am very lucky that I was not in the lane over as this would have happened to me. I feel safer since I have a dashcam so, if this was an insurance scam, I would be able to explain easily what happened. Can you imagine being in the Bronx New York when something like this happens to you?
