How I fixed code P1350 on my Lexus ES with engine 1MZ-FE. This engine layout is common on Toyota Camry (2003-2006) and Lexus RX 300 (1998-2003) diagnosing P1350. After replacing the left camshaft position sensor at cylinder head, the code did not come back after clearing the fault code. While I was diagnosing the issue I realized the sensor was throwing a hard fault since every time I cleared the code, it would return, within 10 seconds of restarting. It is great to soak some of the screws to the intake components as with time they rust and prone to breaking.
