12 Volt Fuse Lincoln Navigator (2003-2013) – OBD Port Not Working Fix

Location of the 12V fuse in a 2009 Lincoln Navigator. A symptom of the fuse being bad was no communication with OBD via my scanner. The OBD port not having power is common on Lincoln Navigators, Ford Explorers and Ford Expedition’s from 2003 to 2013. It is important to use the appropriate amperage of the fuse according to your fuse panel when replacing fuses.
